Nevada employer registration

We'll register you with:
Tax portal: NUI Employer Self Service portal for paying and managing your tax accounts
We'll securely share your login credentials along with your Employer IDs
State unemployment tax: Nevada Department of Employment, Training & Rehabilitation (DETR)
You'll get your Unemployment ID and tax rate within a few business days after you run your first payroll
State Business Tax: and Nevada Department of Taxation
You'll get your business tax rate within a couple of weeks
 
Sit back and relax—we'll let you know if we need anything else from you along the way. Most of the time you won't need to do anything until it's time to enter your new Employer IDs and tax rates into your payroll system.

Once Nevada issues your Employer IDs, we'll work with you to enter your Unemployment ID and MBT into your payroll correctly.
 
If you have any questions in the future, we won't leave you hanging. We offer ongoing support packages in case anything goes wrong (and to make sure nothing goes wrong in the first place).
